Combined in the last 2 days, I have run a total of 5 miles in approximately 60 minutes. That's not bad considering that I haven't done significant runs lately. I've worked out approximately twice a week for the last month but I'm still not feeling all that great about my energy, metabolism, or shape.
I'm dying for it to warm up, and I'm thrilled that triathlon season is rolling around. There is a strong chance that I will not be able to compete in this year's triathlon, but I will do my best to be a part of the team and push them onwards as they train. I'm in a wedding the day as a bridesmaid the day before the triathlon, and I do not know if I will be able to take part, or if its a stress my body will be able to handle.
We'll have to see. In the meantime, I'm going to keep training and trying to get into shape!
